DELIVERY & RETURNS
Some larger items may be sent on different courier services at our discretion to ensure the most appropriate and safe delivery method for both customer and seller. We also reserve the right to use the most appropriate shipping method applicable for the items being ordered. This can include utilising 'signed for' to packages we feel we need a delivery confirmation for. Any changes made will be simply to ensure the most speedy and safe delivery method and any such additional costs for these changes will be born by us. Where this occurs possible service options are all reputable, safe and are detailed below:
Royal Mail Economy - usually takes 3-5 working days after the date of dispatch. This is an estimated delivery window and can take longer sometimes, for example, if your parcel is too big to fit through a letterbox. This can lead to a missed delivery. Royal Mail do not always leave a calling card and it may be at the sorting office. If you parcel is more than 5 days late, we would recommend checking with neighbours and the local sorting office before contacting us.
